Is Drupal a moral product? That question shouldn't make sense since any technology can be used for good or for evil. While that's true, it doesn't tell the whole story. In this talk, we'll wonder what makes some actions moral, apply this to the Web, and then finally to Drupal.
David Weinberger is a co-author of the bestselling book, The Cluetrain Manifesto. His most recent book is "Everything Is Miscellaneous: The Power of the New Digital Disorder." He is a Fellow at Harvard's Berkman Center for the Internet & Society. His work has appeared in many publications, including multiple times in Harvard Business Review, Wired, Salon, and on National Public Radio. He has been an adviser to presidential campaigns, a strategic marketing consultant, and a philosophy professor.
